Tom Holland Rushed to Hospital After Stunt Goes Wrong on Spider-Man Set

Tom Holland was hospitalized with a mild concussion following a stunt accident on the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day at Leavesden Studios in Watford, UK. The 29-year-old actor reportedly hit his head during the filming on September 19, prompting an immediate suspension of shooting that day.

Emergency services were called, and Holland was taken to hospital for treatment. Fortunately, no other cast or crew members were injured in the incident. Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios are currently reviewing the production schedule to determine how to proceed.

Despite the injury, Holland made a public appearance shortly after, attending a charity event in London with his fiancée, Zendaya, signaling he is on the path to recovery.

The film, scheduled for release in July 2026, marks Holland’s fourth outing as Spider-Man, and he has expressed excitement about this “fresh start” for the character despite the setback.
