Soap opera enthusiasts, rejoice! Lauralee Bell is making a triumphant return as Christine Blair, with appearances scheduled on both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. The veteran actress will first appear on B&B in April before making her Y&R comeback in June, marking another special crossover event between the two CBS daytime dramas.
This isn’t Christine’s first time bridging the two soap worlds. Bell recently reflected on how her brother Brad Bell – B&B’s executive producer – first created this unique crossover opportunity back in 2007. Their family connection has led to several memorable appearances, with Christine typically getting involved in Forrester family legal matters or fashion events.
The upcoming storyline follows last year’s crossover that featured Christine and Danny Romalotti’s involvement in Brooke’s lingerie line launch. With Bell confirming her B&B scenes are already filmed, fans can look forward to seeing how Christine factors into the latest Forrester drama before she returns to Genoa City where new challenges – and possibly old flames – await.
