A farmer thought his hens needed a fresh start, so he bought a new rooster. What he didn’t expect was just how motivated this rooster would be.
No sooner had the rooster arrived than he set to work—covering all 150 hens before lunch. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, he did it again in the afternoon. The farmer was stunned. The next morning, the rooster had moved beyond poultry—now the turkeys, ducks, and even the cow were on his to-do list.
Later, the farmer spotted the rooster lying in the dirt, completely still, with vultures hovering above. “Serves you right,” the farmer chuckled.
But the rooster wasn’t done. He cracked open one eye, gestured toward the vultures, and whispered, “Wait for it…”
