“Time for your examination,” the nurse told Bob. “Just put on this gown.”
Bob shifted uncomfortably. “You’re going to see me naked?”
The nurse smiled patiently. “Sir, in my twenty years of nursing, I’ve seen it all. Nothing could possibly shock me.”
Famous last words. When Bob dropped his pants, the nurse found herself staring at what appeared to be a cashew nut where his manhood should be. Despite her ironclad professionalism, she completely lost it, laughing until tears streamed down her face.
Regaining control, she wiped her eyes. “I owe you the biggest apology. Now, what’s troubling you?”
Bob pointed. “It’s enlarged.”
