Jessica was sick of Tom’s constant tardiness. Tonight, she decided to teach him a lesson. She scribbled a dramatic breakup note (“I’m leaving you!”) and hid in the closet to witness his panic.
When Tom arrived home, he immediately spotted the note on the fridge. Jessica watched through the slats as he read it, then calmly added something at the bottom. Her confusion grew when he made a call.
“Hey babe,” he said in a low voice. “You won’t believe it – she left me! Yeah, finally! Meet me at our usual spot in 20… wear that black teddy… oh I’ve got big plans for you tonight…”
Jessica’s hands shook with anger as Tom left. She stormed out and grabbed the note. Below her dramatic declaration, Tom had written: “Nice try, Jess. Your slippers are visible under the closet door. Gone to get pizza – want pepperoni?”
