Elon Musk has strongly denied any connection to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island after his name appeared in recently released Epstein files. The tech billionaire slammed a report suggesting he visited the US Virgin Islands property as “utterly misleading,” calling anyone spreading the false narrative worthy of complete contempt.
The documents, disclosed by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, included an entry stating a tentative trip by Musk in December 2014 with a question of whether it was still happening. Musk clarified he refused Epstein’s invitation and never traveled to the island.
He pointedly highlighted that Prince Andrew, who is also named in the files, did make visits. Musk accused the media and political opponents of attempting to tarnish his reputation, while alleging a cover-up of President Donald Trump’s association with Epstein.
