Joe O’Gorman recounted how he had a brief call with his wife that evening before finding her unresponsive in the bath. Her phone and charging cable were submerged in water, and when he pulled her from the tub, he received a mild electric shock.

Ann-Marie suffered serious electrocution burns to her chest, arm, and fingers. Despite preexisting conditions like Von Willebrand and Graves’ disease, she was otherwise healthy and active.
