Russia has escalated tensions by issuing a chilling threat to target 23 locations across the United Kingdom. Senior official Dmitry Rogozin, former deputy premier and combat veteran, warned that Britain would become “deadly dangerous” if it continued supporting Ukraine.
The list of targets, including military and industrial hubs throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, was reportedly taken from the UK government’s Defence Industrial Strategy 2025 report. Rogozin posted a map highlighting these sites after former UK defence secretary Ben Wallace advocated for making Crimea “uninhabitable” through long-range strikes.
Rogozin criticized Wallace’s remarks and warned Russian oligarchs about sending their children to England, concluding, “It is deadly dangerous.” Kremlin TV host Vladimir Solovyov backed the threats, warning Britain could “simply not exist” overnight if Russia unleashes its Poseidon nuclear drone.
The threats come amid escalating friction between Russia and NATO countries, with recent Russian airspace violations in Estonia and drone breaches in Poland drawing strong Western responses.
